About the Role
From helping customers select the perfect plant, to taking care of the greenhouse like it was your own, every job at Angas is full of fun times, good memories, and plants (of course)! Regardless of your role at Angas, every staff member is a part of our plant family. We believe that our awesome staff is the key to making every customer’s visit to Angas positive and memorable! Our family-owned business cares about our customers and we make every effort to give them the quality and care they deserve. We are looking to bring on more like-minded team members to represent Angas’ values and add more positivity to our team every day!
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Assisting customers with purchases
Learning about the plants we carry to assist customers with the best suited plant for them
Unpacking and putting away plant shipments
Providing care for plants in the greenhouses (such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, etc.)
Stocking and organizing shelves
What We Are Looking For:
Customer service experience
Knowledge of plants and/or willingness to learn
Able to lift up to 50lbs and carry out repetitive work
Able to work in greenhouse and outdoor conditions
Flexible availability (Up to 6 days a week and weekends)
Reliable
Positive attitude
