The Fishbone Cactus originates in Mexico, where tropical rainforests create a moist, humid environment. This cactus grows long flat and succulent stems resembling a fishbone. Hence the name. Fishbone cacti are easy to care for and very low maintenance. It might even show off some flowers when the conditions are right.
