This versatile plant with the scientific name of Farfugium japonicum is a hardy plant for both outdoor and indoor use. It is named 'Firefly' because we think the spots gave the impression of Fireflies dancing in the garden.

'Firefly' is a fast growing mounding plant with large, irregular cream to yellow spots laid on round, glossy, deep green leaves. Yellow daisy-like flowers bloom on branched flower stems in the fall.

Best grown indoors in bright, indirect light of filtered window light. Keep evenly moist not wet or dry.

Likes high humidity. Water thoroughly when the top 1/3 of soil is dry.
