Returns – Garden Supplies & Non-Plant Items

We accept returns on unopened, unused garden supplies and gift items within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

A receipt or order number is required.

Plants & Live Products

We take great care to offer healthy, high-quality plants.

Plants and live products are not returnable or exchangeable after 14 days of purchase.

Plant Guarantee

Trees, shrubs, and perennials include a warranty.

Warranty details (length, care requirements, and what’s covered) will be clearly noted at the time of purchase. Plants must be cared for according to the provided guidelines for the warranty to apply.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll take a quick look at the item and let you know the next steps.

Approved refunds are simply issued back to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping or delivery fees can’t be refunded.

Exchanges

If an item (not including plants) arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

For plant concerns right at delivery, please contact us with photos the same day.
