Kids’ Quilling Craft Workshop
Ages 8+
Get creative this March Break with a fun, hands-on paper quilling workshop! Kids will explore the art of rolling, shaping, and gluing colourful paper strips to create playful designs while building fine motor skills and confidence.
This session’s project: “Fly High” 🎈
Children will create a charming artwork of a kid holding a cluster of balloons, the balloons will be made with quilled paper! Kids can personalize their piece by choosing either a boy or girl silhouette.
In this workshop, kids will:
Learn the basics of paper quilling
Explore shapes, patterns, and colour
Create their own “Fly High” quilled artwork step by step
Express creativity in a relaxed, encouraging environment
Please Note:
Curriculum aimed at ages 8+
All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian during the workshop

Hi! I’m Deepa, a Mississauga-based artist who loves spreading the art bug everywhere. I believe creativity is a skill that grows with practice, curiosity, and joy. I’ve explored many art forms, with a special love for paper quilling, and I’m passionate about helping everyone create with confidence and have fun!
