Our event spaces can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Standard rental pricing applies to events of up to 30 guests, while larger events are individually quoted based on guest count, selected space, setup and event requirements.

Your exact inclusions will be outlined in your event proposal. Depending on your booking, rentals may include use of the agreed event space, standard tables and chairs, basic setup and complimentary guest parking.

Yes. Anga's offers optional seasonal plant décor and styling, tropical plant and greenery décor, and photo-op setups. These can be added to your event for an additional fee and customized based on the season and availability.

You're also welcome to bring your own approved décor. Certain items and installations may be restricted to protect our plants, greenhouse and property.

Yes. Outside food and catering are permitted with prior approval. Caterers, food trucks and other outside food providers must meet any applicable licensing, insurance and venue requirements. Cooking equipment, generators, food trucks and significant electrical requirements must be approved in advance.

Yes, with prior approval. Please let us know about any outside caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers, rental companies or other vendors you plan to bring onto the property.

Yes! Private workshops can be added to many event rentals. Options vary by season and may include plant arrangements, terrariums, floral projects and seasonal activities. Workshop pricing is separate from the venue rental.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your event date. Full payment details, including the remaining balance, security deposit and cancellation terms, will be outlined in your rental agreement before booking.

Anga's Farm & Nursery is an active working farm, and outdoor events are weather dependent. Indoor or covered backup space is only guaranteed when it is specifically included in your booking.

If weather conditions create a safety concern, our team will discuss available relocation or rescheduling options with you. A weather forecast alone does not automatically constitute a cancellation.

Yes. You're welcome to bring approved décor. Freestanding backdrops, balloons, centrepieces and signage may generally be accommodated.

To protect our property and plants, certain items such as glitter, confetti, open flames, fireworks and damaging attachments are not permitted. Decorations may not be attached to plants or trees without approval.

Your approved event, setup and teardown times will be clearly outlined in your booking agreement. If you require additional access for decorators, caterers or other vendors, please let us know in advance. Additional time may be subject to a fee.

Yes. Complimentary guest parking is available in designated areas on the property. Parking arrangements for larger events may vary depending on guest count and event requirements.

Absolutely. Children are welcome at private events but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. As Anga's is an active farm and nursery, guests must remain within designated event areas.
