No. The Seasonal Planter Program is offered as a complete four-season package and is not available for individual seasonal purchase.

Not at all! You can join at any time throughout the year, provided the upcoming seasonal pickup window has not yet passed.
Your membership will always begin with the next available season and continue for four consecutive seasons.
For example: If you purchase the program before the Fall 2026 pickup window, you'll receive:

If you purchase after the Fall pickup window has closed, your membership will begin with Winter 2026 and continue through Fall 2027.

No. Your arrangement comes in a durable black nursery pot that looks beautiful displayed on its own. If you already have a decorative planter or urn, simply drop the arrangement inside for an instant seasonal refresh.

We offer both 12-inch and 14-inch arrangements.
The 12-inch arrangement fits most decorative planters with an opening of approximately 13 inches or larger.
The 14-inch arrangement fits most decorative planters with an opening of approximately 16 inches or larger.

Absolutely! If you'd like matching arrangements for multiple planters, simply increase the quantity when placing your order. Each quantity purchased includes one complete four-season package for one planter.

No. These arrangements are created exclusively for members of the Seasonal Planter Program and are not sold in our retail garden centre. Every season features a brand-new, one-of-a-kind design that is unique to the program.

Not exactly. Our photos represent the overall design style and colour palette. Plant varieties and decorative accents may vary depending on seasonal availability, but every arrangement will be created with the same level of quality, fullness, and attention to detail.

We'll send you an email reminder before each seasonal pickup window with your pickup dates and any additional instructions.

No. Each seasonal arrangement is supplied in its own nursery pot, allowing you to easily swap arrangements each season. You're welcome to reuse, recycle, or repurpose previous pots as you wish.

Each arrangement is designed using plants and materials selected specifically for that season. With proper care, they'll provide beautiful colour and curb appeal throughout the season.

Yes. The Seasonal Planter Program is purchased as a one-year, four-season package.
Before your final seasonal pickup, we'll invite you to renew for the following year. Existing members receive priority renewal before the program opens to new members, ensuring you don't miss out on another year of beautiful seasonal arrangements.
