Fall Fun Fair Terms & Conditions 2026
By purchasing a ticket and entering the Fall Fun Fair at Anga's Farm & Nursery, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Admission
A valid admission ticket is required for all guests aged 3 and over.
Admission tickets must be presented upon arrival.
Tickets are valid only for the date listed on the ticket and cannot be transferred to another event date.
Refund Policy
All admission tickets and workshop purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
The Fall Fun Fair is a rain or shine event. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the event is cancelled by Anga's Farm & Nursery.
Working Farm
Anga's Farm & Nursery is an operating farm and garden centre. Guests should remain on designated pathways and event areas and exercise caution at all times.
Uneven ground, gravel, mud, farming equipment, plants, and other natural or agricultural hazards may be present. Guests enter the property at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children in their care.
Children
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Workshops & Activities
Some workshops and activities require an additional fee and are available while supplies last.
Participants should follow all instructions provided by staff. Certain workshops may involve tools or materials that require adult supervision.
Photography & Videography
Photography and videography may take place throughout the event for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes.
By entering the event, you grant Anga's Farm & Nursery permission to use photographs or video in which you may appear without compensation or further notice.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Anga's Farm & Nursery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Right to Refuse Admission
Anga's Farm & Nursery reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or poses a risk to others without refund.
Event Changes
Event attractions, entertainment, workshop offerings, vendors, and schedules are subject to change without notice due to weather, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Assumption of Risk
By attending the Fall Fun Fair, guests acknowledge that outdoor farm events involve inherent risks, including uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, interactions with plants and natural surfaces, and large crowds. By entering the property, guests voluntarily assume these risks and agree to exercise reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of those in their care.
