Application rate for Clematis, Vines, and Climbing plants:
When transplanting: Incorporate 6-10-12 Numix fertilizer at a rate of 150 g (1/3 lb) / m² (10 pi²) into soil.The second year and the following years: Later in the fall or early spring, incorporate into the soil around plants fertilizer at 250 g (½ lb) per plant, repeat the application at the end of May and late June.
